Terms of Service

  • I retain copyright of all commissioned pieces. Commissioned artworks are only for personal/non-commercial use. I may use commissioned pieces in portfolios or promotional materials, unless specifically requested otherwise.
  • If you want to commission me for commercial products, different terms and prices will apply.
  • Payment is ONLY via Paypal Invoice. Half of payment is due before work begins, and the remainder when the commissioner receives the finished piece.
  • There are NO refunds. Contact me if you wish me to stop work after initial payment, ASAP.
  • All commissions above sketch tier come with initial sketches for the client’s approval. At this stage, edits to poses/composition/etc. can be requested. After this, only small edits can be made.
  • I will not accept commissions that depict hateful/offensive content. I may refuse other subject matter, such as complex machinery, excessive gore or explicit sexual content.
  • All works are digital. Finished pieces are delivered in full-size .psd documents via email. I do not offer physical printed copies at this time.
  • Prices do not include online payment fees, which is the same as Paypal’s: 2.9% + 30ยข.
